Located on the Ebenezer Ridges campus in Burnsville, Ebenezer Ridge Point Apartments is a safe, affordable home for people age 62 and older. Here, you'll find conveniences to make everyday life easier, opportunities for social activities, caring staff and incredibly affordable rents.

At Ebenezer Ridge Point Apartments, you can enjoy an independent lifestyle. However, if you require a little extra assistance, our experienced staff can help get the services you need to provide the peace of mind older adults want and need to live independently.

Ebenezer Ridge Point Apartments is a federally subsidized residence for low-income older adults. It is financed by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) which provides rental assistance to residents.

Make Yourself At Home
Ebenezer Ridge Point Apartments has 42 one-bedroom apartments that are 540 square feet and include full kitchens, appliances, carpeting, air conditioning and an assigned storage space. Some apartments are also specially designed to accommodate people with mobility impairment. Rent includes utilities except for electricity, telephone and cable television.
