Meadows’ assisted living apartments have kitchens with full-size appliances and built-in microwaves. Select units have dens with French doors; decks or patios; and two bathrooms. Take your choice!

• Studio – 355 sq ft.
• One-bedroom – 529-614 sq. ft.
• One-bedroom + den – 802-924 sq. ft.
• Two-bedroom – 1,018-1,169 sq. ft.

Each of Meadows’ floor plans is designed for comfort and convenience. Your assisted living monthly fee includes the following services:

• Weekly light housekeeping
• Weekly flat linen laundry service
• Three restaurant-style meals daily plus snacks
• All utilities (except phone) and basic cable television
• Emergency call pendant
• 24-hour personal care staff
• Medical transportation arrangements
• Wellness programs, blood pressure clinics and health care observations
• Leisure activities and educational programs 

Housing services available as needed
As your needs change, we can tailor services to you. We offer pay-as-you-go services like a trip to our beauty salon, “Spring” cleaning for your apartment, or help getting started each morning. We are here when you need us.

Other personal care services available include: dressing, personal grooming, oral care, toilet use, medication monitoring and reminders, diabetes assistance, bathing assistance, and help with laundry.

Services and costs vary per plan and are based on a plan set up just for you.

Make yourself at home
Our community features comfortable gathering spots to read a book or visit with friends and family. Residents are always welcome to take advantage of the private dining room, beauty and barber salon, fireside parlor and crafts room.

The out-of-doors is just a step away as residents may enjoy our private patio, screened-in porches and enclosed memory care garden. Wooded walking paths are adjacent to the building on the Fairview Lakes Medical Center campus.
