Our tour starts in one of our 1-bedroom apartments--we have studio, 1- and 2-bedroom units. Next, we'll show you our bright, spacious dining room. Imagine the smell of popcorn while looking at look at our beautiful movie theater. If you're interested in reading or using the Internet, you will want to see our library. Having company for the weekend? Allow us to show you the guest suite we have available.

You’ll find gathering spots to read a book or visit with your friends and family. You are always welcome to use the community room, theater room, private dining room, beauty and barber salon, fireside lounges, spa and wellness center.

Our well-appointed common spaces provide many opportunities for you to meet new friends, try new activities, and participate in our educational programs. You may enjoy sipping lemonade in our screened-in porch, tending to the flowers in our community garden or listening to the grand piano play in our parlor.

Each floor plan is designed for your comfort and convenience. Independent living and assisted living apartments include kitchens, private baths, lots of closets, and lovely views of the backyard woodlands.

There is peace of mind knowing that certain things—such as your utilities, transportation to scheduled activities, light housekeeping, and care attendant on duty 24-hours-a-day—are all included in the monthly fee for any apartment you choose.

Activities to help you make the most of each day

Whether you want to maintain personal interests, explore a new hobby, go on a community outing or just spend a little quiet time alone, we make every effort to meet your needs through a variety of educational, recreational and special activities.

Our activities director creates a calendar each month with many choices—exercise, arts and crafts, spiritual worship services, movies community outings, parties, special events, music, wellness programming and weekly happy hour.

 Ebenezer is the senior services division of Fairview Health Services. Fairview Red Wing Health Services is a regional care system that integrates the services of clinic, hospital, home health and hospice, long-term care and senior housing. As part of this continuum, it owns Fairview Seminary Home, a long-term care facility, and Fairview Seminary Plaza, an independent senior apartment building. Ebenezer currently manages both of these facilities.
