Welcome to Meadow View Apartments, an independent living community for income-qualified people age 62 and older in Wyoming, MN. Meadow View is next door to Ebenezer’s Meadows on Fairview assisted living and memory care residences on the Fairview Lakes’ campus. Three-stories and 32 one-bedroom units, this apartment building is Housing and Urban Development (HUD) subsidized. Allow us to show you a similar one bedroom apartment.
 
Surprisingly Affordable
The new Meadow View Apartments are very affordable for residents who meet certain income requirements set by Housing and Urban Development (HUD). You may be eligible to live at the Meadow View Apartments if:

• You are a single person or family where the head of household or spouse is age 62 or older, AND
• Your annual income, including interest on assets and dividends, does not exceed HUD limits, AND
• You are capable of maintaining lease requirements.

Under the HUD Section 8 Rental Assistance Program, residents pay 30 percent of their adjusted annual income for rent. The following are current income limits for one- and two-person households:

• 1-person: $29,350
• 2-persons: $33,550

Independent Living
At Meadow View Apartments you can enjoy independent living conveniently located near medical services. Meadow View Apartments features:

• A parking space for each apartment
• A large community room with kitchen and adjacent screened-in porch,
• A beautiful fireside lounge
• A library with a computer station for tenant use,
